Kingston today made two announcements about its line of memory products to coincide with the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The first kit is known as the ‘HyperX T1′. This kit includes four 2GB modules giving 8GB of total system memory. Kingston says the T1 is the first 8GB kit in the world to gain Intel P67 certification. The memory is Intel ‘XMP’ compatible and runs at a frequency of 2,133MHz.

Kingston’s second announcement also involves Sandy Bridge memory. The company’s 8GB 2,133-MHz HyperX memory kits have received Intel XMP certification for the P67 Sandy Bridge platform. According to Kingston, the HyperX kits are the first 8GB kits to be validated for use with Sandy Bridge. These kits are shipping immediately, with a price of $299.99 list.

“The modern design and look accentuates the new black and grey P67 motherboards just reaching the market,” said Stephane Rizzetto, EMEA product development manager of DRAM at Kingston Technology. “With performance memory frequency initially at 2133MHz and 1600MHz, these new additions to the family of HyperX products meet the demands of everyone from the enthusiast vying for the fastest benchmark score to the weekend gamer.”

All of the new kits are covered by a lifetime warranty and are expected to become available in the region in the coming weeks.

4G becomes trend and the 4G phone too, now look at this concept Envy 4G with its SUPER AMOLED screen and MasterMobile OS, you may wonder MasterMobile OS! While WP 7, iOS and Androids have caught the market and Most People go behind it. But I think there are still chances for great concepts and Mobiles which can challenge current trend.

In the case of Eny 4G, It’s powered by a Carbon chip that features a CPU and GPU bundled into one piece of silicon. Technical specs aside, it looks slim and elegant, something that we’d definitely love to have. What do you think about it? Feel free to forward your thoughts.

The Kindle and the iPod touch seems dominated gadget sales – but what about game consoles? They were not mentioned, but the best-selling product ranks give an initial idea who won the season.

The best-selling video game hardware, the PS3 Blu-ray remote control # 2, followed by the Nintendo controller bundle to # 8 and # 10 Kinect sensor. Looking at the line, we find the Wii Fit bundle # 12 on the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller # 15, the Wii Wheel beam # 16, the black Wii Remote Plus # 20, Black Wii Nunchuk controller # 22 and the PS3 Wireless Controller # 24.

The first real game console is listed at # 30 – the black Wii bundle. Nintendo came in ahead of the Xbox 360 250 GB Kinect beam # 34, the 250 GB Xbox 360, the 160 GB PS3 at # 49, # 57 on the Wii red, white Wii at # 73, the 320 GB PS3 bundle Move at # 152 and the least popular game console – the PS3 to 320 GB # 435.

If these results, to be taken with a grain of salt to interpret as they do not represent the entire holiday season, we would tend to say that video game sales on all accessories and controllers of this season. The Wii may be the best selling game console again, despite the renewed appeal of the PS3 and Xbox 360. Move the PS3 starter bundle is listed at # 44 by Amazon, well before the regular PS3 and the PS3 bundle.

The best-selling games seem to have played Call of Duty: Black Ops for Xbox 360 (# 1), followed by the PS3 version (# 3) and Just Dance for Wii (# 4). Sony’s Gran Turismo 5 came in at # 23. Central dance was the most popular game for Kinect (# 5). Move the most popular PS3 games (other than the supplied sports game Champions Sports) NBA 2K11 was at # 64.

Click here to visit Nintendo Wii Store at Amazon.

As Christmas almost within reach, I’m sure that there are a lot of you out there that will be expecting to wake up Christmas morning with a brand new tablet stuffed into their stockings. Well if your lucky enough to receive such a parcel on the festive morn you could be in for a bit more of a treat.

Samsung has resolved that any Galaxy Tab paid for on the run up to Christmas will be supplemented by a free enjoyable recital collection worth £200.

As part of the package Pocket-lint confirms you will receive 50 MP3′s from eMusic a selection of 15 films from Samsung Movies and 7 games from Gameloft. There will also be 5 ebooks from WHSmith’s best-seller range.

Managing chief director of Mobile, Samsung UK and Ireland, Simon Stanford commented on the give-away saying: “We’ve employed our strategic partnerships with primary brand labels to put concurrently an enjoyable recital parcel that will let population savor the Galaxy Tab unbent away. We’re dedicated to suggesting the best enjoyable recital understanding as well as the best worth and we desired to give our paying clients even more to savor when they open a Galaxy Tab this Christmas.”

Although for some the thought of splashing out around £400 on one present may be hard to swallow, there is no doubt that with an extra £200 of free extras it could make it easier to take.

Hexus.net commented that while Apple’s iPad is still the tablet of option for a item of population, a large bulk would be swayed by a smaller option. Now while Samsung have made no strategies to decline their charge, a free parcel sweetener could enhance their sales.

In order to claim your free package just enter the unique code found in the box at www.samsung.com/uk/galaxytab .

What stays to be observed is if Apple will chase with a comparable offer on their iPad this close to Christmas? Tell us if you could be changed from the iPad to the Galaxy Tab with a £200 free gift?

SuperTalent is so confident in their speeds that they have teamed up with Ceedo, to provide Ceedo Personal at a reduced cost.

There’s no reason that a USB 3.0 device can’t be quick enough to serve up an app, though most apps get finicky if you try to run them from removable storage on more than one computer. The Ceedo Personal application allows the user to install any Windows applications onto the portable drive, and these applications can then be used on any compatible Windows PC, saving all the unique settings that user is accustomed to, and you’ll feel right at home, with your own apps/preferences intact.

USB 3.0 Express RAM CACHE and it’s now available in a 16GB version, the drives start at $59 for 16GB then go up to $119 for 32GB and $209 for the 64GB model, but if you want the Ceedo bundles you’ll need to pay $20 more for each. That is, at least, half what the software costs on its own.

The video below shows off a performance benchmark as well, with pricing set at $79 for the 16GB version, $139 for the 32GB, and so on.

RIM has announced a new concept phone, the BlackBerry Empathy that displays the moods of your contacts. It would work by connecting the device to a biometric ring (mood ring) that would monitor and transmit your mood in real time.

The designers were required to integrate an interface into the handset which combines human emotions and social networking. The unique mobile phone has to be used in collaboration with a biometrics ring that is worn by users to collect ‘emotional data’. Amusingly, the device flaunts a transparent OLED screen which turns transparent when not in use and opaque during usage. The front side of the handset is entirely a touch surface, while on the back it equips a QWERTY keyboard.

The BlackBerry Empathy was intended to integrate real human emotions with social networking. Co-designer Daniel Yoon explains the mood interface: “Each contact has an avatar that is encompassed by two colored rings. The inner colored ring shows the contact’s previous emotional state, and the outer ring represents the contact’s current emotional state.” It would have an ‘Emotional Timeline’ that would let you track the moods of yourself and others over time. It would even let you see a person’s change in mood after a particular phone call or message.

The social networking aspect reminds me of the BlackBerry Enterprise’s Server free/busy lookup – except instead of seeing if your contacts available for a meeting, you can see if they’re in the right mood for a call. Some Android phones already do this by showing social network status updates on incoming calls from contacts, but the idea of that data being gathered passively is very new.

There’s also a new navigation mechanism based on a radial wheel surrounding contacts, and pinch-zooming to finding bundled people within certain subgroups, which you can see in action in the video below.

The project is part of collaboration with the Art Center College of Design. The Empathy would feature a standard portrait QWERTY design on one side, and a full touchscreen on the other. If this device does get produced, we doubt they’ll keep the crystal shape, or that ridiculous keyboard.

Early Best Buy’s Canadian site claims the Black Ops Hardened Edition will include “Four Zombie Maps Pack made famous from COD: World at War.” Best Buy’s US site leaves out the zombie portion when describing the “4 extra playable co-op maps not in the standard edition.”.

Activision recently detailed two Call of Duty: Black Ops Collector’s Editions, a ‘Hardened Edition’s and the ‘Prestige Edition’, but it made no mention of zombies in its official listing. Activision has taken gaming bundles to whole new level with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops Prestige Edition, which comes complete with a spy vehicle. Well, a miniature vehicle.

Now a description of the strategy guide for the game on both import site Play-Asia and GameStop have also made a reference to ‘Nazi Zombie Coverage’. Unusually both descriptions are still online, at least at time of writing. As if that wasn’t enough Treyarch – the studio behind both World At War and Black Ops – have hinted that the presence of zombies might be revealed via an imminent new teaser trailer.

Community leader Josh Olin revealed on Twitter that a revelation about a new co-operative mode was being planned. When asked if it was undead-related he answered: ‘If Zombies have anything to do with our top-secret Co-Op mode, then it’s a safe bet there will be a trailer for it eventually…’

OSM also claims that four co-operative maps in the prestige and hardened editions of the game are rumoured to be remakes of the World at War Zombie levels and there is even talk of an Area 51 map. Now all CoD fans are tipping Halloween as the most likely time to see a new trailer from the Black Ops team.

Call Of Duty : Black Ops Multiplayer Now also Available in 3 Editions includes, Standard, Hardened and Prestige Editions. Now you can pre-order Call Of Duty : Black Ops Multiplayer from Amazon.

Microsoft announced a new Xbox 360 controller to release in November that features a transforming D-pad, the company announced Tuesday. The silver controller includes a “transforming D-pad” that allows players to alter the way the directional pad is used.

Players can use the standard plus format as they would with any Xbox 360 controller, or twist the D-pad into a disc format so it almost resembles a fatter thumbstick. In a statement, Microsoft says the disc format is ideal for “sweeping movements.”

XBox Live director of programming Larry Hryb, known by his gamer tag Major Nelson, made the announcement this morning. The controller also sports gray buttons and a silver, matte sheen with its new directional pad tricks, bells and whistles. It will likely be more accurate than the previous directional pad, which was often the source of curses during fast-action games.

The new changes to the Xbox360 controller hope to bring a little pride back into the D-pad, while making it more usable. With a twist, the D-pad will now rise up about a quarter of an inch. It might not seem like a mind blowing alteration- and, well, it isn’t- but fans of fighting games should appreciate the change, plus the pad might now factor more heavily into designers’ control schemes. Plus, who knows, this might be a renaissance for the D-pad, as more gamers switch back to it.

The new Xbox 360 wireless controller will be available on November 9. It will only be offered in a bundle with Microsoft’s Play and Charge kit and will retail for $64.99.
