Efrain Flores’ first game with El Tricolor ended poorly. Everything was set up in his favor, as Flores and several of his former Chivas players could have all returned to Guadalajara conquering heroes. Instead, Flores’ team played without much fire and had little bite in the backline. How much of that was the players’ own shortcomings and how much of it went back to Flores directly remains to be seen, but Flores did not have a visible stamp on the team.

Mexico’s next game will not be until Feb. 9, 2011. According to the Mexican Football Federation’s Web site, El Tri will have no activity for the remainder of the year.

This could be the final opportunity for players on the cusp to try and impress ahead of next year. For players like Enrique Esqueda, Elias Hernandez or Antonio Rios, a strong showing could make a difference come 2011. Their last impression with the team then will have been a positive one.

Next year will be an important year for Mexico. The CONCACAF Gold Cup winner will book passage to the 2013 Confederations Cup in Brazil, and such experience would be invaluable for the team. While it may not seem like it, things gained from this match could help out Mexico’s efforts next summer, whether Flores is around to manage the team or not.

Sons of Anarchy Season 3 premieres tonight Tuesday, September 7 at 10PM ET/PT only on FX. It’s a great show,can’t wait, below is one of the trailers that is running on FX channel.

Season 3 finds the motorcycle club, which runs the town of Charming, Calif., and guns, facing trouble in every direction. They’re looking for Abel, the eight-month-old son of emotionally-wrecked Jax (Charlie Hunnam) who was kidnapped in last year’s finale  by a member of the IRA who believed Jax’s mother, Gemma (Katey Sagal), had killed his son. Gemma is on the lam after being framed for the murder by ATF Agent Stahl (Ally Walker). With the club showing that even they’re vulnerable — and a shocking act of violence in the final moment of tonight’s premiere — Charming and its police chief (Dayton Callie) begin to question whether the Sons can keep them safe.

While many cable dramas like Mad Men, Damages, Breaking Bad and Dexter are winning Emmys, Sons of Anarchy  remains an outlaw, a brilliant series that doesn’t get the respect it deserves. But for fans who are eagerly awaiting the third season, it’s certainly among the best shows on TV. The season 3 premiere of Sons of Anarchy is as good as the show has been, with intense action, family drama and an ending that will knock your socks off.

The season 3 will be carrying all the day to day happening as the whole season is spanned over just a matter of weeks and not anything long enough. There are a lot more excitements to come in the series and people are already excited about the experience they are going to have with the season 3.

Sony plans to release a Google TV internet powered television later this year, and it showed early versions off at the IFA electronics show here.

These Web-connected displays are based on Android operating system, which opens up applications available through the Android Market. In this case, it’s showing a game. The systems are due to arrive later in 2010.

The TV is due to be released in the next three months, and technology communications manager at Sony Australia Paul Colley told Gizmodo the set is also coming to Australia. Unfortunately, Colley was unable to confirm pricing or release dates, though Google has previously announced it would be available worldwide in 2011.

Google TV is a collaboration between the search giant, Intel and Sony and appears to be an extension of Sony’s existing Bravia Internet Video service.

With Sony’s set, the game can be stuck in a smaller window while you trawl the net for relevant Twitter feeds, geographical data by way of Google Maps, and related websites. Sony says the Internet TV will be arriving in the US in November.

Walt Disney Co. Introduced its latest online community: World of Cars, inspired by Pixar Animation Studios’ 2006 hit movie “Cars.”

The online world allows users to “create a car” when they sign up, then interact with Cars  characters Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, and others while also interacting with fellow users and players online. Toshiba Glass-Free 3DTV(Autostereoscopic TV) Coming This Year : Toshiba will release a new 3D television  in Japan by the end of the year. Unlike previous Toshiba 3D TV sets, this one won’t require the viewers to wear those pesky glasses. That’s the word today from Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbu, which says the newest Toshiba televisions will use some sort of autostereoscopy 3D technology.

According to the Yomiuri Shumbun, Toshiba will release three models of an autostereoscopic 3D TV set before the end of 2010. Don’t expect the Toshiba 3D TV to be cheap; analysts believe that the models will run for multiple thousands of dollars.

Toshiba isn’t the only company working on an autostereoscopic TV, one that won’t require you to wear glasses to see 3D images. Nintendo, of course, recently unveiled its Nintendo 3DS  handheld system. The device, a replacement for the aging DS handheld, will ship with two screens – one a touch screen and the other a widescreen display capable of transmitting glasses-free 3D imagery. Nintendo also hinted that it could develop 3D content for console systems sometime in the near future.

The Toshiba HD 3DTV will come loaded with several other features, including an 8-core processor, video conferencing, and access to both Vudu and Netflix.
