The worldwide BlackBerry break down finally answered by RIM, however, even though RIM explained the reason behind the break down still it has no specific date when the BlackBerry system will be resumed. Due to BlackBerry break down millions of users are complaining because they cannot access the BBM, email and the internet.
Here’s an Update: “The problems have now spread even further, with users in North America suffering the same issues – loss of internet services, email and BBM. RIM has reiterated that restoring the services are its number one priority, but is yet to give any kind of time frame for a solution.”
The problem, it’s not just North America who is affected from the BlackBerry’s break down. It is worldwide since many are BlackBerry users.The RIM core switch failure is the main grounds on why the BlackBerry users in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Brazil, Chile and Argentina are experiencing total delays in internet browsing and messaging. With millions of BlackBerry users are affected will they give up BlackBerry? Since RIM has already stated they don’t have the specific date when the system restored in its normal condition, meaning it will take time. Do you still have patience?
The system failover did not function well as it was tested previously. The failure of the core switch resulted to a large backlog of data. The RIM is now working to clear the backlog and restore the services as soon as possible. RIM apologises to the BlackBerry users for the inconvenience that they are experiencing, the RIM will always update the BlackBerry users because it is there right to be informed.
As the RIM working out to solve the problem there are reports that their BlackBerry services have been restored. This problem will be fixed as soon as possible.
