Sony S1 and S2 Tablets: Specs:
The announcement of Sony on the S1 and S2 tablets is not that prestigious. We only know little about these upcoming Android tablets.
The size and looks of these two tablets are already revealed, but as to its specs, price and date of release there is no information yet.
But I believe, our long wait is over for there is a new hands-on video being circulated right now.
In the recent event in Munich, the S1 and S2 tablets have the run down tastings that impressed the spectators of the event. In fact, it is being labeled as “something special”.
Apparently, we know that the S1 and S2 have slight differences in their displays and PS logo. Sony S1 tablet have a single screen that measures 9.4 inches, while the Sony S2 have a dual 5 inch display screen.
Due to its size, we can think of it as PlayStations. This observation was agreed by Golem site when they said that the S2 tablet is like the Nintendo DS. Moreover, the two tablets are going to run the Android 3.0 Honeycomb custom IU.
For now the release date of these two anticipated tablets is not yet announced. Some say that it could be this September and it will have its first priority in UK and other European countries. A pre-order application must also be filled up a month before its release.
So far, we are yet in a hanging status regarding this product. It seems like Sony is playing the mystery game. We don’t have any other idea about this product and Sony is driving our attention to watch for these tablets.
Thus, we will have to wait until its release is official. The only question I have is that, which of the two tablets will you choose to buy?
