There are lots of rumors about the next generation game console from Sony.
That’s why, it’s not new to us if we hear different news every week regarding PS4. However, one recent news have given us an insight that Sony and Microsoft are indeed in the development of making their next gaming consoles.
Due to this, some of the most famous techno magazines have run a poll to know which among the three (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo Wii U) is the most wanted gaming console to push through this year.
Apparently, the results showed that most of the readers want the Sony’s Playstation 4. Moreover, some predictions have stated that there could be possible release of PS4 next year in 2012 and that could be one of the most awaited events of its competitors as they would take advantage in reviewing their own product.
In connection to these, another analyst have dissenting opinion with the others as he stated that there could be simply no details of a PS4 release date in 2012 as Nintendo Wii U will not bring pressure to Microsoft and Sony to release earlier than their original date of release.
Moreover, the CEO of Sony Playstation, Andrew House has said earlier on his interviews that PS3 is still on its early period, which means that the release could possibly take place in 2014, 2015 or 2016.
Given all these facts, it only leads to one conclusion that Sony is indeed wise in catching our attention.
These strategies have maintained the consumers interest on their product. But one dangerous factor of this long waiting period is that they could lose the interest of consumers too.
