The Motorola fans in China must have been in celebration right now because the company has released their new handset for China Mobile.
It sounds disappointing to know that it will only be exclusive in the Chinese market. However, instead of drowning myself with this minor disappointment, let us provide you with the specs and features of this device.
This latest handset is called Motorola MT870, equipped with a 4-inch screen that has the measure of resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
Its RAM is 512MB with an 8MP camera that captures 720p video. It also has the capacity of NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor at 1GHz, 1880 mAh battery life and it runs with Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread operating system.
Apparently, this is the very first dual-core smartphone with a capacitive touchscreen. It is also a phone with a dual-LED flash and auto-focus camera. It also enables the video calling via its secondary front-facing VGA camera.
Moreover, the MT870 is overwhelming with 1080p HD video playback, 3G support, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth, HDMI, DLNA, and 8GB on board memory and microSD card support. This also features the QuickOffice, Sticky Notes and a sort of a business card scanner.
Recent reports have told us that it will be distributed from authorized Motorola retailers and China Mobile stores with a price of RMB 4, 680 or $725.
