At the Computex 2011 held in Taiwan, MSI announced the Afterburner App for Android. MSI, the world’s leading manufacturer of graphics card and motherboard offers the Android users with overclocking utility software. This is called the Afterburner which was co-developed by the famous Nick Connors.
Apparently, at the MSI site, this Afterburner application features a triple over voltage adjustment on graphics cards. It is powered by FurMark technology for its Banchmark mode.
Its overclocking ability is up to 93% performance boost that allows faster adjustment on Core, Shader and Memory clock. Moreover, its real time monitoring is displayed on screen particularly information in games.
It also has five profiles for the save and load customized settings in 2D/3D automatic profile switching. Also, in case of switching to different profile scenarios, it deals with a hot-key that allows quick switching in games.
On the other hand, the Afterburner 2.1 gives out Predator for free, and for that you don’t have to buy the Fraps. It will be free on any MSI graphics card. It supports both mpg and AVI format with customized quality and frame rate.
In addition, you don’t have to worry on temperatures as it is safe with advanced fan speed control. Its other functions are user customized skin functions and multi-language support.
All of these give reason for MSI to invite everyone to come in Nangang Exhibition Hall at Computex 2011 to witness the demonstration of Afterburner app on your Android phone or tablet PC. While for Wi-fi connection it requires desktop PC to apply the Afterburner features.
