Review:Toshiba NB550D is a netbook that performs like a real desktop computer!

Almost all of us are frantic about the trends in technology and the latest innovation it brought into our society. Some of them are waste of money while some are just for entertainment and fun. However, there is something in technology that we have to look forward to. Manufacturers of these electronic products like Toshiba has made something worthwhile that won’t let your single penny be wasted.
Obviously, I am talking about the Toshiba NB550D, a netbook that works incredibly like a real computer. It features AMD C-50 processor, which runs at 1.0GHz, dual-core with AMD Radeon 6250 graphics at 280MHz. It also has a chip that is tied to the rest of the system with the Hudon M1 chipset. It sports a 10.1in LED lit panel and a resolution of 1,024 x 600. The 256MB of the 1GB of RAM in the system is dedicated to the graphics. The memory is upgradable to a maximum of 2GB, but it means replacing the 1GB module. A 250GB hard disk drive is also included, running at 5,400rpm.
With the size of its processor, it truly sets a new level of performance for netbooks. The C-50 system includes HDMI for video output, Bluetooth and Harman/Kardon speakers. That is really amazing. Add to that, its track pad has roughened texture which means that you can easily tell the edges and your finger will not twitch across the surface in humid weather. Furthermore, it has a battery life that can run for almost four hours in a moderate amount of activity and even when you are just browsing the web via Wi-fi.
So, if you want a handy netbook, yet performs like a computer. Get the Toshiba NB550D!
