At this point, we have received a truly unique game called SWARM by Hothead Games. It is available for both Xbox 360 and PS3. The game is like the Tony Hawks game in which the goal is to keep a multiplier to keep the game going and achieve high scores. The difference is that, instead of keeping a multiplier going, in Swarm you use swarmites to collect orbs to keep the multiplier going. Aside from that, the game has ten levels to complete, but in order to jump into the next level you must have to achieve a certain score to unlock the stage to the next level. That sounds quite simple, but let me warn you, this game is clever and tricky to master.
On the other hand, when it comes to sounds and graphics, they are adequate and there are some nice sound affects you come across when your swarmites go flying across the screen. Although the background music is a bit repetitive, it doesn’t get too annoying. The game’s graphics is standard for arcade games. It’s neither amazing nor poor, but aside from that, everything is fine.
