New reports say that Facebook Deals will be all about enhancing social experiences.
This new program on Facebook will be launching in weeks’ time. The said program called Facebook Deals revealed by Networkeffect is going to offer all “social experiences” that might include discount for karaoke bar, tour of a haunted house and other things you can do with your friends.
All deals offered on the Facebook platform will be “social experiences,” said a spokeswoman–aka “things you can do with your friends.” That might include a discount for a karaoke bar or a tour of a haunted house, but not 50 percent off a t-shirt or a pedicure, she said. Facebook’s deals will be available for considerably more than a day, she added, without specifying a length. As for how users will pay for the deals, the spokeswoman said Facebook has not yet determined exactly how that will work, but it may include Facebook Credits.
However, Facebook has not yet revealed how it will work, but apparently Facebook Credits may be used as it has been mainly used for virtual and digital goods. Nonetheless, as to how and what Facebook Deals will offer, its members are surely excited about it.
