Many people are wondering about the PlayStation 4 release date, but Sony, and the game developers for Playstatiom 3, are really not that interested in seeing the next generation Playstation release yet.
Earlier news about the cancellation of Playstation 4 (PS4) is declared NOT TRUE by a reputable source.
In fact, Sony is currently developing the PS4 with a plan to increase its lifespan by doing software updates and few tweaks.
However, it will not be available this year because they will be concentrating on the Sony Next Generation Portable (NGP), another console that Sony is going to show case.
These years seem to have gone by faster than ever before, and Sony has only recently started to look at the PS3 as a profit-turner. Furthermore, most developers are saying the same thing; “no, I don’t want the PS4; the PS3 still poses plenty of challenges and it’s still plenty expensive to make games for it!”.
