There is happy news for Europeans friends from LG. LG announced their dual-core smart phone Optimus 2X will be available in the European Market in March. It is the first smartphone which runs on a dual-core 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. LG had released the Optimus 2X in Korea last month.
The LG Optimus 2X is a 4-inch display mobile phone. It is runs on Android 2.2 Foryo OS and can be upgraded to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It can play full HD (1080p) TV-out via HDMI and video recording with a 8 mega-pixel main camera and a 1.3 megapixel camera at the front for video calling. The LG Optimus 2X can connect wirelessly to any DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) compatible digital device such as HD TVs for a console-like gaming experience taking full advantage of the phone’s HDMI mirroring, accelerometer and gyro sensor.
However there has been no word from LG of the availability of LG Optimus 2X in US.Source
