The famous British mobile manufacture INQ Mobiles announced its two Facebook oriented touch phones, namely INQ Cloud Touch and INQ Cloud Q. The INQ Cloud Touch is equipped with 3.5 inch touch screen and INQ Cloud Q with .6 inch with a QWERTY keyboard and both phones are supported by Android 2.2.
According to Mr.Ken Johnstone, Co-Founder and Director of Products and Design at INQ “We believe that the guardians of the Facebook user experience should be Facebook. That’s why we embedded the Facebook engine on the phone so that when they update the Android app, it automatically updates on the phone. On the Android front, the phones both use Froyo (2.2), rather than Gingerbread (2.3)”.
The key features of INQ Cloud Touch are quite interesting for the users. The phone has a 3.5 inch HVGA capacitive touch screen display. It has got Qualcomm 7227 chipset and 600MHz processor to run very smoothly. The users can have a 5 MP autofocus camera to explore their photographic skills. The connectivity is entitled with Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11b/g and HSPA (7.2/5.76 Mbps). The phone has featured with microUSB charging and 3.5mm audio jack. It has also got GPS, FM Radio, accelerometer, digital compass and 1300mAh battery to make the phone a catchy one.
The phone has got many other attributes such as the pre-installed software features include Instant Messaging for WLM, G-Talk and Facebook Chat, Free push email across major domains, including MicrosoftExchange, Info Key to quick access to key handset functions and many more. It is expected that INQ Cloud Touch will appear in the market from April of this year and no confirmation about the INQ Cloud.
