The happy news has been continuing from MWC 2011. The Taiwanese firm HTC has finally launched their 7-inch LCD screen tablet HTC Flyer. The Flyer would be running on Android 3.0(Honeycomb). The screen resolution of Flyer is 1024×600. It is the first tablet of HTC.
The tablet is featured with 5 megapixel camera and 1.3 MP in the front for video calling. Though it has got 3G connection, the voice calling is not supported. The phone has 1.5GHz single-core CPU, 1GB of RAM plus 32GB of flash storage, an aluminum unibody construction. The screen widgets will be 3D enabled and all the key applications of HTC will be restructured.
According to HTC the tablet would be available to consumers both sim free and with connections from a couple of operators. However it’s expected that the tablet won’t be cheap and would cost above £500.Source
