Gmail is reportedly to have got problem with mailing Service, Some users around the world are complaining that their post and other details have been erased from their account. According to reports about 500, 000 Gmail users have been affected by the problem and they lost access to their account. Some of them are reporting (via Twitter and support forums) that years worth of messages, attachments and Google Chat logs had vanished by the time they were finally able to log on.
But according to Google about 0.08% of Gmail users are affected that’s about 150,000. Google wrote, “For those Gmail users reporting missing messages, our engineers are working to restore them as soon as possible.”
According to Huffington post, The company has revised its estimate of the users affected and now believes less than .08% of Gmail users were affected. The spokesperson added, “We’ve already fixed the problem for some individuals. Our engineers are working as quickly as possible and we hope to have everything back to normal soon. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience to our customers.” With Google’s Promise we can hope everything will be treated well soon and will get all of the lost mails restored.
