Samsung Electronics is out with a new range of HD smart televisions. The new television can be linked via wi-fi and can view the contents in different screens. This is a part of company’s 2011 theme, which is called as “The Smarter Life – Agenda 2011” that enhances to connect to ‘cloud’ computers where a variety of programmers optimized for each screen are stored.
The President of Samsung Electronics, B.K.Yoon told the Consumer Electronics Show on Thursday that the television was set to strengthen its role as the dominant, central force of technology in human lives. The ‘smart TV’ with its ability to share content from multiple devices and also connect to the Internet was the place where everything was coming together.
The Smart TV can be link to the wireless hub around the smart television or the company’s compatible PCs, mobile phones and tablet computers such as the Galaxy Tab. The android device attached to the TV is used to enable the users to use the interactive features of the high HD TVs like web search and access to social media which would enable them to comment and rate the programs.
The Executive Vice-President of Samsung Electronics North America, Mr. David Steel said that the newly added features of the new series of LED TVs and services are targeted at the US market, where they can get a true feedback.
