Just before the Consumer Electronics Show 2011, the U.S. mobile carrier AT & T has announced a series of Android devices 4G. Sanjay Jha, CEO of Mobility of Motorola, Motorola introduced the new 4G ATRIX in a press conference. ATRIX 4G is the most powerful smartphone with a brutal 4-inch QHD screen, dual core 1 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM and runs Google Android 2.2 Froyo. From now on no information on prices, but the phone will be available initially only in the U.S. sometime later this year.
Atrix Motorola 1 GHz 4G RAM packages, along with a 1 GHz processor NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core CPU. Motorola is being marketed as a replacement laptop with your desktop browser Firefox 3.6, Webtop application and dock the laptop. It is the first smartphone to have a screen that measures QHD 4th inches diagonally. On-board memory is 16 GB which is expandable to 48 GB with a microSD 32GB.
Another interesting feature of Motorola Atrix is the spring and spring high definition media player which makes this smartphone to a notebook cooler. The high definition multimedia dock has a power connector, three USB ports and an HDMI output with an infrared remote control. The portable base has a 11.6 inch screen, two USB ports, a keyboard and a trackpad with scrolling function with two fingers.
The phone is a bit weak in terms of image with the 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera for video chats. The camera on the back panel is capable of recording 720p HD video. Good mobile Web browsing experience can be expected with the WebKit browser standard and also support full HTML browser Firefox when attached to the laptop. ATRIX 4G Flash Player also offers 10.1. There is also Wi-Fi (802.11 b / g / n) and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR.
For an experience that takes the phone comes with the package, 1930 mAh lithium cell offers talk time up to 9 hours. Some services like wireless support, implementation and U-verse Webtop mobiletv streaming could be limited to U.S. only.
AT&T announced that Motorola Atrix will be available by the end of first quarter of 2011. Motorola has not announced the price of Atrix.
