Through twitter, Microsoft announced its plan to open a retail store in Costa Mesa, California, followed by San Diego and Mission Viejo, Microsoft says the new stores will open in the spring. Last November the company opened their largest store right across from an Apple store.
Microsoft is expected to open a total of 6 stores this year, or one every two months. Microsoft has already opened retail stores in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Lone Tree, Colo.; Bloomington, Minn.; Oak Brook, Ill.; and one that recently opened in Bellevue.
