mass effect 2 ps3 demo

Recent news that Mass Effect 2 on PlayStation 3 is running on a newer, improved engine and can even be “final” version of the game has raised more than a few eyebrows. Although the yield is close, Unreal Engine 3 generally favors the Xbox 360, and it is safe to assume that the customizations before BioWare technology have been carried out much with the Microsoft platform in mind.

Based on the demonstration code released last night, our conclusion is that the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 is different from final, and while nobody will be disappointed by the game, a direct comparison with the Xbox version 360 suggests that while some items were improved, others have been downgraded and the effectiveness of some of the aesthetic changes will all your personal tastes.

According to the company, the demo provides an overview of the massive battles of blistering action sequences encapsulated in the game. This demo lets players assume the role of Commander Shepard emblematic for the three exciting missions. This window opens with the opening sequence of the title that displays the survey conducted by the group commander to unravel the reasons for the sudden disappearance of the residents of a planet. In addition, he also recounts the mission of recruiting in this clan Mordin Solus infiltration.

To shorten the story between the two parts of the title, the developers have designed an interactive comic book called Genesis Mass Effect. This comic can be obtained from an interface in the online gaming network called Cerberus. This system allows players to get free content to improve gameplay. Cerberus network codes will be available for download at a price of 10 USD (approx Rs 450) on the PSN for players who do not acquire a new copy of the game.

Mass Effect 2 is coming to PS3 owners in the United Kingdom January 21, 2010.
