Google announced the extensive use of Phone Call from Gmail for free during 2011 for all users within the U.S. and Canada, allowing more users of the popular email service on the occasion of the adoption of the technology added to intervene.
Google released Gmail Phone Call in August for maintenance of computer services, except mobile phone software for Google Voice. U.S. internet giant has allowed users from the USA and Canada to make domestic calls free this year, and international calls at a low rate of only pennies per minute, and down more than 10 million calls one week after launch.
Robin Schriebmen, a Google software engineer, said in a blog post, “In the spirit of holiday giving and to help people stay in touch in the new year, we have free calling for all of 2011 to extend.”
Users must download and install Google voice and video plug-in function to the first making available, and then clicking on the Call Phone tab provides access to the service where a new window appears with a number of mobile keypad arrangement.
