Amazon S3 Cloud Server Upgraded to Store upto 5TB Single File

Recently, Amazon S3 cloud computing has been upgraded its storage capacity of a single file server, you can store up to 5TB in a single file, in order to attract users to high-definition video and scientific or medical data to Amazon’s S3 cloud server.

According to Amazon revealed that because the user needs a more extensive cloud storage capacity, so the company will soon upgrade to the server storage capacity can store up to 5TB single file, which for the current user is already enough.

Amazon also said the company blog, the server storage capacity, will make it more convenient for the user information, documents or scientific data to the cloud server, without the need to split large files into several small compressed document, “We have lot of users in the Amazon S3 server needs such as scientific or medical data storage, high-resolution video, backup files, and so very large files. Before, the user must split the file into each 5GB or more small number of files to upload.”

Of course, this split experience of compressed files has become the past, in the Amazon S3 cloud server, users can store small to 1B, to 5TB of large files without the need to install any files on the computer systems management software.

Amazon said, “Now users of the use of a single large files more frequently. S3 server upgrade to these users experience more convenient storage in the cloud.” Moreover, this technology will promote the progress of scientific research, but also will also help the company system and the size of the expansion.
