Samsung-Google Nexus Two : What we Know so far?

Google Nexus Two has finally been spotted by Gizmodo which confirm that the device really exists. According to the sources, Samsung will announce the phone on November 8th and launch soon thereafter. Sources also revealed that Samsung Nexus Two will be the first device to ship with Android 2.3, a.k.a Gingerbread. The device, which was designed and manufactured by Samsung instead of internally by Google (like the Nexus One), will be officially unveiled November 8 at a pumped-up media event in Times Square. The new information on the Nexus Two has once again come courtesy of AndroidandMe, as they have now claimed that T-Mobile will be one of the carriers (yes, there’s more than one) to officially support the Nexus Two. Samsung Nexus Two will come with Android 2.3.I am sure that Android 2.3 and Samsung Nexus Two will make a great team and will have a big succes.Google introduced its first phone with her label, called Samsung Nexus Two a year ago and although the type of direct marketing without the high price contracts and sold no expectations, no doubt was the brand’s flagship phone that will help boost Android operating system, and the first to receive the upgrade to version 2.2.Samsung Nexus Two is a great smartphone.

The reported Nexus Two specs reveal the phone to have a 1.2-GHz processor, 512MB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The Nexus Two will also have a 5MP camera with autofocus and HD video recording capabilities. According to the rumored Nexus Two specs, the phone also has a front-facing camera with unknown resolution. The Nexus Two is believed to run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS and will launch with that mobile OS as well, on November 11 in New York city.

Purported Nexus Two is a better and powerful iteration of Nexus One smartphone with 4-inch screen and 1.2GHz microprocessor. Though both the sources state that the details are confirmed, we d still term them as speculations until we see actual listing or specification details. That s because at times, the actual unit carries different specifications.

The Nexus Two will be announced within the next two weeks according to a number of sites claiming to have verifiable sources in touch with the product. One web site, Gizmodo, has gone as far as posting pictures of what it believes the device design to be, and even claims to have a source with hands on experience with the new device. This time Samsung’s hand, Samsung Nexus Two would be the phone that would carry the new version 2.3 of the Android operating system and will undoubtedly set the course of the next generation of mobile Google.

If rumors and speculation are anywhere close to reality, the Nexus Two will not disappoint and will provide a solid step forward for both the device and the Android platform.
