Some N8 users are reporting that their device lovely device is no longer turns on. What’s a worse, phone won’t even charge properly which is a clear sign that some aspect of the device’s power management is faulty.

This is not the first time that Nokia’s highly anticipated touchscreen Smartphone has suffered from critical issue. Last year, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic manufactured during a specific time period suffered from defective speaker and screen issues.
The pompously launched Nokia N8 was reviewed by us in October but we didn’t face any such issue – at least Prasad Naik didn’t complain about the power issue. The power down or power out issue is limited to only certain users. This means that the issue is present only in a specific batch of N8 phones.
