While LG has a select few Android powered smartphones available here in the United States there isn’t one device that really makes a huge impact like the Samsung Galaxy S, iPhone 4 or HTC EVO 4G does. However, the new LG LU-3000 Smartphone is expected to impress a lot when made available for purchase, as it can reportedly offer faster speeds than what some of the currently available high-end smartphones on the market can offer.
See the Video below, one user filmed the LG LU-3000 opening up its YouTube client and showing a video against the Samsung Galaxy S and the Apple iPhone. The LG phone managed to easily beat the other two devices which bodes the question, could this Android be the fastest Smartphone currently available?
Of course, the LG LU3000 running on Android 2.2 offering Adobe flash 10.1 capability also sports a 1GHz application processor inside, a TI OMAP 3630 CPU, it seems. The specifications list of the new device also includes a 3.8 inch touchscreen IPS display that can deliver a WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution, as well as a 5-megapixel photo snapper with flash and HD (1080p) video recording capabilities and an HDMI output port which suggests that it would be able to handle playback of HD videos.
At the Moment it is not sure when this new device would hit the market and whether the handset would also be released on other Markets around the world.
