LG E-Note H1000b Tablet launched;now available in korea

LG E Note

After first being out on Twitter some time ago, the folks at LG are finally wheeling out their tablet PC powered with windows 7 in a bid to compete with the host of other tablet PCs available out there, the LG E-Note H1000B.

The LG E-Note H1000B will come with a couple of options for the netbook-grade CPU – Intel Atom Z510 or Z530, a 10.1″ 1366 x 768 capacitive touch display. There are 2 USB 2.0 slots and an SD card reader on board as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 radios. Operating memory is 1GB, while 16GB SSD should cover your storage needs.

The tablet is selling in a bundle with a portable WiMAX router (WiBro in Korea) with one price plan at 961,000 won ($851). The tablet looks good but the technology is dated already and the platform isn’t that fast. I’m sure most of us are waiting out for Oak Trail and Moorestown which is just around the corner.
