Camaro PC Boasts Atom N330 Dual Core and NVIDIA ION

Chevrolet Camaro PC sideview

PCRides launched a new PC(personal computer) which is assembled in a case with the exact shape as a 2010 Chevy Camaro! This is possibly the coolest computer cases can ever get. Tehnical specs are not shabby either, it comes with an Intel Atom N330 Dual Core CPU, not as powerful as the car’s V8 but pretty fast for gaming, 8 GB of ram, 500 GB H.D.D and NVIDIA ION graphic card. It has USB ports, DVD slot, lights and switches at front, while all the other necessary ports are located at the back.

Camaro PC is powered by a pretty low horse-power Intel Atom N330 processor, a far cry from the fast Intel quad-core chips used inside that Corvette, although this does indeed come with Nvidia Ion graphics making it particularly well suited for playing back 1080p video content. Other specs include up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, a SATA 2.5 inch drive bay that can be equipped with storage solutions up to 750GB in capacity, 802.11 b/g/n wireless as well as a slim slot loaded Super Multi DVD-RW optical drive, all of these being accompanied by a wide range of expansion ports as the Camaro Personal Computer features two USB connectors, an eSATA port as well as Ethernet connectivity. On the video output side we get D-Sub and an HDMI ports, so this can be pretty easily connected to your HDTV if you so desire, making it well suited for home theater use.

But the best part about this Camaro PC is that you won’t have to build it for yourself as was the case with the previous Corvette ZR1 mod that we reported on, this being available for purchase right now for $1,239.99, so I doubt anyone, apart from Camaro fanatics that is, will consider this a best-buy, its price being extremely high for such a low end hardware configuration.
