The white iPhone 4 has still not got a set date for release, it was supposed to be released a few weeks after the original iPhone 4 but major setbacks have delayed the release date until spring 2011. This date is only estimated but recent reports suggest this date. Apple has apologized to customers who are awaiting the phone but they are clearly working hard to release it as soon as possible.
Apple does not want to produce a product which is not up to their high standards this is why the white iPhone has not been released yet. Well, some say that Apple is actually trying to cheat fans by stretching the release date of the white model and then finally dropping the idea and launch its next iPhone that is iPhone 5 by next year.
In fact the problems with the white iPhone are as follows: casing problems and camera problems. The white case of the handset leaks in light and produces poor picture quality. Apple are also experiencing problems with the flash on the camera.
Everyone is hopeful that Apple can sort out this problem and produce a white iPhone. There is so speculation of a Verizon white iPhone and this would be a big breakthrough as the first Verizon iPhone instead of a Verizon iPhone 5 which has been rumoured about.
