There have been dozens of reports via Twitter, that the Chase online banking as well as the credit card login portals are down to customers up to this time. Upon further investigation, system down issue is present throughout the country and even outside United Sates, and Chase does seem to be aware of the problem but no solution yet.

This system problem is also present for those trying to log into the Chase Bank credit card area. There is no specific time frame for the outage, however it is apparent that the server is up and running alright. The issue seems to be more of a back end thing of Chase.
The bank urges customers to conduct their transactions at a branch or by phone, at 800-935-9935. A recording at that phone number tells callers to expect a long wait to speak with a banker.
