Major League Baseball’s All-Star game has earned its lowest-ever television rating. Coverage of the 81st MLB All-Star game on FOX drew an average 7.5 U.S. household rating and an audience of 12.1 million viewers.
That’s the worst rating in the history of the game and the first time the rating has gone below 8.0. Last year’s game was watched by 14.6 million, a 17-percent decrease and received an 8.9 rating, a 16-percent decrease.
