LG Releases two Android Froyo Smartphones – Optimus One and Optimus Chic

LG Optimus One and Optimus Chic

South Korea-based LG has expanded its Android-based smartphone portfolio, with the unveiling of two new smartphones. While one of the Android phones is called `Optimus One with Google’, the second handset is called Optimus Chic. Both smartphones, Optimus One and Optimus Chic, will be launched with Android 2.2 also known as ‘Froyo’.

This will be the first type of this category to show its face in the market with an OMAP3630 Processor and a 3.8 inch display and along with a HD camera supporting HDMI/DNLA formats with Android 2.2.

The Optimus tablet would be a thin light in design with excel performance than compared to the existing products. The above mentioned models along with its feature in addition may be out in markets by the second half of 2010.

From the portfolio, the LG Optimus Chic and the LG Optimus One with Google are Android-powered devices which integrate the latest 2.2 Froyo, Android Platform. The LG Optimus Chic pops up a good choice for fashion aficionados courtesy a tasteful design coupled with soft and smooth lines.

The Optimus One with Google packs in the latest Google mobile features and delivers seamless connection with the world. With the ability to easily connect to Google’s Android Market, it presents an unfiltered and authentic smartphone user experience. A simple user interface and diverse multimedia options for a convenient and easy-to-use mobile environment are also included.
