Social networking sites and forums have filled with complaints from iPhone 4 buyers reporting dropped reception when holding their new handsets.
Holding the iPhone 4 and making contact with its outside antenna in more than one place allegedly causes the phone to display a drop in signal. Users have reported the signal returning when they put their phone down.
The other most prominent problem generating reports is yellow spots or lines on the iPhone 4′s supposedly super high-quality “retina display” screen. The spots can appear in corners and the thin bands have shown up toward the tops and bottoms of customers’ screens.
