Chinese PMP maker Aigo is set to give Cupertino a shock with their announcement of the Aigo N700 tablet, previously known as the AigoPad.
The N700 device has 208 x 122 x 13.95 mm and the guys from Aigo managed to squeeze a 7-inch WVGA (800×480) capacitive touchscreen and even had room for speakers, microphone, HDMI and USB ports, microSD card slot, up to 32GB of storage, 2-cell 3120mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth, optional 3G WWAN and an accelerometer. Other noted specs include famous ARM Cortex A9 1Ghz processor and 512MB of DDR2 memory.
The Aigo N700 will be running on Android 2.1 and will support 1080p HD video playback, Flash 10.1 as well as 3D sound support.
Unfortunately, the cost and date of release of this device has not been revealed.
