HP is going to release updated versions of its TouchSmart tm2 with Intel’s latest processors. The faster versions of this consumer-oriented Tablet PC will hit the market in the second half of this month.
Now, the 12.1-inch notebook has used a CULV-based, low-power Core 2 Duo processor.
There’s no word of any other changes, so we’re presuming the tm2 will keep its WXGA capacitive touchscreen that can be controlled both by pen-input and by finger control.
The updated versions of the tn2 will go on sale in about two weeks. It’s not clear yet how this change will affect the price.
