The Archos 7 Home tablet will be coming to a store near you in June. The Archos 7 is an Android 1.6 tablet with a 7-inch resistive touchscreen will have a resolution of 800×480 and the device is just under a half-inch thick. There is built-in Wi-Fi and a USB port for local file transfers, and either 160GB or 320GB of hard drive storage.
The tablet weighs just 0.8 pounds and measures less than a half inch thick. Archos promises up to 44 hours of music playback on a single charge — with the display off.
This tablet comes pre-loaded with several apps and will cost $200 when it ships in June, with pre-orders starting mid-May.
