Android Powered LG Ally Prepare to Launch on May 20

LG has officially announced that the LG Ally will be introduced on May 20. However, the company still has not yet revealed all the specifications but we only officially know that it will run Android, boast a touch screen and a keyboard, and include a proprietary augmented reality app from LG.

The company began running a TV commercial for the Ally over the weekend. The ad ties in with the upcoming launch of Iron Man 2. The Ally will be LG’s first Android handset. LG plans to showcase its augmented reality technology, which it claims is the first of its kind for any Android phone.
