The address leads you to a stripped down, text-only version of the site that won’t incur any costs to your mobile bill. The service is being rolled out in partnership with carriers in various countries, so check it out, and see if you have free mobile access to Facebook.
0.facebook.com is optimized in such a way that by default it will only load text data, saving lots of time, and even more precious bandwidth for those who don’t have unlimited data plans.
