Android-France has published a leaked screenshot that suggest the handset measures 67 x 67 x 15.8 mm and it’s called Motorola Twist.
As for the phone’s features, these apparently include: 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen display, quad-band GSM and dual-band HSDPA (850/1900) connectivity, Android 2.1, MotoBlur 1.5, Wi-Fi, GPS, HTML browsers with multi-touch, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.5mm headset jack, 3MP camera, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 700Mhz TI OMAP processor, and MicroSD card support (up to 32GB).
The Motorola Twist should be available starting June 10.
