Ben-Q might not be the most well-known name in the gadget game, but it does have a pretty solid track record when it comes to entry-level consumer electronics. With BenQ’s new E1260 HDR wide angle 12 megapixel compact, the company is offering snappers the opportunity to easily capture amazing images no matter the lighting conditions.
The 12-megapixel camera itself includes a 2.7-inch LCD preview screen with a 28mm 4X optical zoom lens. It also features 720p movie recording and can detect 12 shooting scenes in full auto mode. When previewing your photos, the built-in accelerometer (G-Sensor) rotates your photos automatically.
The E1260 point-and-shoot camera will come in the colors blue or gray. It will be available worldwide in May. Prices are yet to be announced.
