Axon Logic Introduces Affordable Hackintosh Slate that runs Mac apps

axon logic

Axon Logic’s device is designed to offer a full Mac OS X experience at the same price point as the cut-down iPad. With Intel’s fully-fledged Core 2 Duo processor, three USB ports, and a webcam, this $500 slate beats the iPad in terms of pure horse power. As if that wasn’t enough, Axon’s touch-based tablet will reportedly run Mac OS X and all sorts of third-party apps written for it.

The device expected to be released in the next few months, there is no actual working prototype to be seen just yet.
