They introduced 750GB hard drive which powered with Mercury On-The-Go with three connectivity options. The top-of-the-line triple interface offers FireWire 800/400 and USB 2.0 connections, while a dual-interface FireWire 400/USB 2.0 and a USB 2.0-only version are available for reduced prices.
The 750GB SATA-based drives spin at 5200-RPM and deliver up to 100MB-per second. The cases are fanless, run off of Bus power or an optional AC adapter. The FireWire models use Oxford chipsets, while the USB 2.0-only model sports a JMicron bridge chipset.
The Pakage also include necessary cables, a carrying case and a disk utility software bundle including the essential softwares such as Carbon Copy Cloner, ProSoft Engineering Data Backup 3, NovaStor NovaBACKUP, and Intech SpeedTools Utilities. The drives are Snow Leopard compatible, work with PCs and are suitable for Audio/Video applications.
