Most of us expected that the HTC Touch HD2 will adopt on Windws Mobile OS 6.5, because the original HTC Touch HD was a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone. But all the expectations gone wrong, because HTC confirmed that the HTC Touch HD2 will Runs on Android instead of Windws Mobile OS. Also an important thing is that the HTC have been using Android on a number of phones over the last year and the list contains G1, the Magic and the Hero.
There is a speed updation in HTC Touch HD2 over Touch HD, that Touch HD2 run a 628MHz processor making it 100MHz quicker than the HTC Touch HD. The screen on the Touch HD 2 will measure 3.8 inches, and of course, it will be a touchscreen in an expected 480 x 800 pixel format. The details about pricing and release dates are not yet announced.
